He’s been rightly dubbed a Hannibal. I mean there has to be a serious psychological disorder with this man. No way is he in his senses. Coming out of prison and going on to do this thing!
I wonder if this incident calls for installation of checks for prisoners who are about to be released? All that time in those harsh surroundings won’t do too much of good to your psychological state.
